All our properties are fully managed by Barker Healey Property so you will always have a local point of contact, should you need help with anything property-related.

Guarantor required and a minimum 42 week tenancy per tenant. Bills excluded unless otherwise stated.

£95 reservation deposit payable in order to reserve the property and £200 tenancy deposit payable prior to the commencement of the tenancy which is registered with the DPS.
