For just 1% of the property price and a no sale, no fee agreement*, you will receive the following:

Lots of high quality photographs will be taken of your property;
A FREE full floorplan will be prepared, allowing potential buyers to see the exact layout of your property and its fittings;
Your property will be showcased in a FREE glossy colour brochure;
Full details to appear on our website and in our double fronted window on Newport High Street within 3 working days of photos and measurements being taken (subject to your prior approval of the particulars);
Full details will appear on our website, Barker Healey website, Rightmove & Zoopla.
FREE goodie bag on completion.
FREE advertising on Social Media.
FREE accompanied viewings, as and when required;
A personal contact at Barker Healey Property, should you have any queries or questions.
A FREE For Sale Board will be erected at your property, if desired.
Communication by text, email, telephone or in person – the choice is yours!

In addition to the above, we can also arrange for the Energy Performance Assessment to be conducted, for a small additional fee.

*Minimum £1000 fee. A fee may be payable if you withdraw your property from marketing within the first 6 weeks or accept a proceedable offer and subsequently withdraw from the sale. VAT is chargeable in addition to the 1% or £1000 fee.
