Property Management Service

Some landlords are happy to collect the rent themselves and look after the general maintenance at the property. Others may prefer not to do so, in which case we are able to offer a comprehensive management service.

We will ensure the lettings process remains hassle-free to give you peace of mind – with our astute professionalism and experience, alongside our readily available access to a wide range of trusted contractors, you can be rest assured in the knowledge that your property is well looked after.

In return for 9% of the rental income or £65 (whichever is greater) per month, we will tailor a bespoke service to you that will always include the following: –

1. Registration of the deposit with a government approved scheme.
2. Informing utility providers and the local council that the occupiers have changed.
3. Collection of the rent every month;
4. Liaising with the Landlord and Tenant(s) in respect of any issues which may arise at the property (the Tenants will never be given the Landlord’s contact details).
5. Subject to the Landlord’s prior consent, arranging contractors as required for repairs and/or maintenance.
6. Inspection of the property after the first 3 months, and at 6 monthly intervals thereafter.
7. Carry out a full outgoing inspection once the Tenant(s) have moved out and arrange for the return of the deposit (where applicable).
